Juan Carlos has been a Founding Partner since 1976. He is the Legal Representative of various Institutions and has served as Legal Advisor and Corporate Lawyer of various Foreign and National Companies. His experience also includes Representation and Legal Advice in the registration of Pharmaceutical Supplies and Services of foreign companies for more than 35 years. He is also a member of various Non-Profit Associations and Foundations, holding various positions within their corresponding Board of Directors.<\/p>\n
He was the Legal Manager of the defunct Banco Salvadore\u00f1o, S.A. for more than 15 years. He served as part of the Legal Committee of expert lawyers in Banking Law in El Salvador, having served as its alternate coordinator. Additionally, he served in the Latin American Legal Committee of lawyers, experts in banking law, having held the position of member, on behalf of El Salvador.<\/p>\n
He was the Legal Advisor and Secretary General of the defunct Ministry of Planning and Coordination of Economic and Social Development (miplan). Likewise, Legal Advisor to the Negotiating Committee for El Salvador on the structural adjustment loan following the 1986 earthquake, before the World Bank based in Washington, United States. Legal Advisor to the defunct National Secretary of the Family. He also served as Director before the governing board of the national administration of sewer aqueducts: ANDA.<\/p>\n
All of the positions he has held were carried out in addition to his work in the Law Firm. He is a trainer in areas of Occupational Safety and Risk Prevention, in Training given in Coordination with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Salvador and by Nieto & Nieto. Moreover, he is a trainer in the area of the Anti-Money and Asset Laundering Law, in the trainings carried out by the Law Firm.<\/p>\n
